        Left my purse on the counter today, the store manager went out of his way to bring it to me after the store closed, I can't tell you how grateful I am, if never have known where I lost it thankyou so much for such exceptional service

        Didn't have the size I needed in store, really helpful staff ordered it for me Bank Holiday Monday and it arrived 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Only a packa mac but so much better quality than Regatta. Will definitely shop for outdoor wear here rather than traipse to Go Outdoors in Poole.
