Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I bought a lovely 2009 R1 that was beyond perfect (& I'm very fussy). Richard was 100% professional and even delivered the bike (F.OC) to Portsmouth as he was coming that way to deliver another bike. An absolute pleasure to do business with and will definitely use them again in the future. Rest assured people, this is a business who really know about customer service. Above and beyond on all accounts. If I could leave 6 stars I would.

Just recently purchased a motorcycle from Richard and it became obvious quickly that he not only is a very knowledgeable dealer, but also has a real passion for motorcycles. Probably one of the most genuine salesman Ive ever dealt with, very polite and really helpful from start to finish. Explained the deal and gave me a fair price for my trade-in vs a good deal on the bike and wasnt pushy just gave me the time to decide. Explained the history of the bike I was buying and gave some advice on riding modes etc before I took it for a test ride. Cannot recommend these guys enough, have some very nice bikes in the showroom and well worth a visit.

What a fantastic dealer this place is, they hold a great range of bikes and the personal service from Richard and his sister was second to none, no pushy sales techniques here just the offer of friendly advice from years of experience. It's almost as if I'd known them for years and not just walked in off the street to look at motorcycles. The cup of tea was a really nice touch too whilst looking around the showroom. After deciding to buy a bike from them too then Richard could not have been more accommodating arranging to get the bike serviced and ready to go, calling when he said he would and having everything done on time and even down to replacing the battery because it just wasn't good enough for their standards. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future, Thank you.
