Rubish roofing group thay whas ment to come and look at my roof to give me a price whay whas ment to come look on this friday thay whas a no show i then phoned them up but no one pickes up the phone i look at my emails thin i see a message from them saying sorry we cant do the job thats funny you a roofing company that dont want to fix a roof relly dump

Arranged dates for work but no one arrived on set days. This happened 3 times. None of which did anyone from the company contact me- it was always up to me to make new contact after the fact. After arranging work schedules to be there for the work, this was extremely frustrating. Scaffolding left on site for much longer than required, and left over the 7day legal timeframe with no new safety inspection to my knowledge. (Two requests made asking for evidence for the safety certificate.) Fix itself looks good, but timekeeping and efficiency of clearing the site was not good. Response to owner post: I absolutely understand the difficulties due to weather etc. Your business of course is affected by this and is in the fine print of the contract. My lower review is due to the fact you did not communicate the changes in date with me until after the three dates had past and I contacted you each time. On the dates arranged the weather was fair, and was always due to be, so I assume the company was catching up on other work, in which case I assume someone would have known that ours would need to be moved-but no contact was made. As also mentioned in the post-the work completed does seem a good repair and I didn't dispute this. If you can supply the certificate for the scaffolding, I will gladly edit the post to reflect this-but no one came to the property as far as I can tell after the required 7 days.
