        If I could leave no stars I would. Rude customer service and very unprofessional. We bought a lpg water heater and it was never made clear at the time of ordering if the wether gets cold you need a frost protection kit. When the boiler then froze itself after fitting they then request charging you 80 for the bit to prevent it freezing that should be included in the parts you need when they sell the boiler.

They really know their stuff and care about their customers. Great old fashioned service! I bought a multipoint lpg gas boiler and can fill a roll top Bath with steaming hot water up the garden. Fab! Thanks Flexiheat!
