        The man I have dealt with has been very helpful and very honest. He will explain the problems with the furnace and go through everything in detail. He will answer any questions I have and will not try to "sell" me on anything. He also responds quickly. I have nothing but great things to say! I would trust going to him for all furnace needs. This is very important because as a woman I often find that when it come to technical repairs it is hard to know who to trust is being honest and fair in their prices because of my limited knowledge in the area.
