Fraudsters. They traded under EASYBAG previously and still have ads on snapchat selling their services. I placed an order only to find out that they are no longer trading under that name yet payment of 29.99 was taken from my account. Unable to find the transaction and unwilling to help, Manager and team are useless, email has been sent and my bank has been contacted customers be aware!

Top class service. No messing about here. I got my bag delivered in a couple of days i filled it then called them up when i was finished with it. Next day it was gone and they even chucked me another bag into my garden so nobody had to be home to receive it. The women on the phone are really friendly and helpful too. You couldnt ask for more. Simple and straight to it service you would be mad to use anyone else.

These guys are the best. I originally bought a hippo bag but they wanted twice the amount to come and collect their bag and couldn't give me a rough day of when they were going to collect, so I phoned easy bag and they gave me a day for collection just like that. I will definitely use them again in the near future.
