Recently organised first aid training for parish councillors and a team of people from the village to go towards creating an emergency plan for the village of Lavendon. Everything was arranged efficiently and all went to plan plus our trainer on the day, Ross, was excellent and engaging. We would definitely recommend this service to any organisation looking to take first aid in the workplace and the wider community seriously.

We received an absolutely amazing service from this company. I emailed John to say that we needed a H&S policy urgently as we had just taken on our 5th member of staff. He called back within the hour with advice on other policy's that we needed as standard which I hadn't even thought of. John was very clear, honest, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I agreed the quote and had all the documents sent over to me within around 3 days. On top of this, John will be on hand to support us for the next 12 months should we need it. This is in itself is priceless. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!!

I am writing to thank you for the recent Health and Safety training course you conducted on our behalf. When we won the bid to deliver this course, we knew there would be challenges. What we didnt anticipate was a hotel that gave faulty towers a run for its money and equipment provided that didnt work or wasnt fit for purpose! Throughout it all you were extremely professional and patient. The feedback from the attendees was excellent with one saying I was nervous as I never really liked courses and school and wasnt looking forward to having a teacher for a day but John was a really sound guy who was very down to earth. We would not hesitate in using you again to conduct training courses on our behalf and would happily recommend you to clients, friends and colleagues.
