        Sadly just out to take your money. I'm left with a dress that will never be worn due to very sad exceptional circumstances, (bereavement) would not consider a refund of any sort even though the dress hadn't even left the store and could still be re sold. Dress was handed to me in a clear plastic bag knowing full well that to see the dress would cause a lot of emotional trauma.

        Although I didn't find 'the' dress here, I had a great experience. Loads of styles and dresses in inclusive sizes to try on in a nice big area. They were so insightful, really knew their stuff and were just so nice. Also had a good website that gave you a good idea of what they had!

        Gowns & Garters was the first shop I went to and, thanks to Saffron, I found my dress. It was completely different to what I thought I wanted but it was perfect. Saffron and Julie really put me at ease as I was nervous looking for my dress. The whole experience with them was fantastic and I was always made to feel like I was special. I highly recommend this wedding dress shop.
