        Rented a property from them for about 9 months. Was fine in the summer and then the winter came. No proper heating and there was mold everywhere. So much so that my partner had lumps under his eye lids from the mold spores. I let them know and all I got was "There's never been mold at the property before" nothing was done about it at all. We were also advised to put all our heaters on and then open all the windows for ventilation, which in my eyes is a waste of money and heat. Houses should be ventilated!! Some members of staff were fine but Theresa was just awful. No people skills whatsoever. Never use Bletsoes! And stay away from 24 Rosebery Street!!!
