Ive been going to the yoga lounge for a while now. A lovely space with a fab instructor. Thankyou for helping me get some mobility back.

I absolutely love my Thursday morning Pilates Class with Tanya. I normally turn up tired and achy and I leave more flexible and energized. Her classes flow beautifully and I like how she gives us the option of the different levels of difficulty, plus her great sense of humour really gets me motivated! The studio is in the most peaceful setting, and watching the birds and looking at the spring flowers appearing completely transforms my mood. I highly recommend Tanya and her Studio.

A lovely studio for doing Yoga and Pilates - heated floor in the winter and Bifolds open in the summer and always clean, make for a wonderfully calming space for classes - good instructors and a friendly atmosphere make it one of the best places in the area

I have been coming here for a while now. If you are looking for a calm space this is the place for you. No class is the same and the studio is amazing. I have tried a couple others but this is my go to place even if it means I have to travel further!

The Yoga Lounge is the highlight of my week. Tanya and her team are welcoming and helpful at helping all levels achieve the best out of their sessions. I always leave feeling happy and refreshed for another week!!!!!! So brilliant that my husband is now a regular in Annes mens Pilates class. He had always been nervous to attend a class, but had seen such improvement in his mobility and core strength. I recommend a visit!!!!!!!
