        Ive never tried yoga before & was alittle nervous. Emily made me feel relaxed and it is a friendly group. I really enjoy going and its helping my well-being. I definitely recommend giving it a go!

        This is hands down the best yoga practice I have ever attended. Emily is passionate about supporting and working with her yogis and its almost like she knows exactly what you need when you land on the mat; be that healing, energy, peace or movement. I can only describe it as magical!

        Em's teaching style is authentic, nurturing and magical. She leads from the heart and encourages you to flow at your own pace. Her recent retreat was a much needed time away to reflect and recharge my energies. Highly recommend.

        I had a wonderfully relaxing Resilo Energy physio session with Emily. Emily is gentle and compassionate and kind. I also thoroughly enjoyed Emilys Manifestation retreat in July, where I had my first experience of Energy Medicine Yoga. I learnt so much and felt so chilled out by the end.
