Had a great experience at Otium Spa Felt well looked after by my therapist. Would highly recomend to others to try out the spa treatments. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is that I belive the treatment was a couple of minutes under the time stated However, I did enjoy the treatment!

I really used to enjoy coming to this spa until they changed their procedures. When I last came to visit, I was given a wristband to use the facilities (as I always do).. however, this time I was asked to provide them with something valuable such as my car keys or my mobile phone so that I dont forget to give back the wristband? Ive never forgotten to give this back and when I asked why this was, they said some customers forget to give the wristband back.. are you telling me that you collect a valuable item from each and every single customer when they visit the spa (considering you have many visitors a day) to use your facilities? Its such a ridiculous process. If management actually thought about how ridiculous this process is, and implemented a simple procedure such as informing the customer that if they forget to return their wristband they will be charged 2, Im sure people would think twice before leaving! I personally felt singled out when I was asked to hand something over because not every customer was asked to do this. Furthermore, Ive been provided with inconsistent information over the phone when I tried booking a service, literally different answers every time I called and if your calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes (which they should be for compliance purposes) you will see how incompetent the receptionist is. 1. Get your website in order with correct prices and 2. Have the information infront of you when dealing with customer queries 3. Please stop asking random customers to hand over their car keys in exchange for a plastic wristband! Will not be coming here again!
