        After I purchased my motorbike, I was happy to discover it had a factory fitted DataTag. After a quick phonecall (just before closing time) with Danny on helpdesk, he informed me there would be a form to fill out (all by email) and a payment to be made. I was told there would be a two week grace period in which time they would attempt to contact the previous owner. After this expired I was contacted by Jayne (again, very friendly and who also responded very quickly to a few questions I had). All in all, FANTASTIC customer service to the aforementioned individuals at DataTag. A credit to your company. With thanks. Chris

        I purchased a pre-owned motorbike. Trying to get the DataTag registration changed is a complete nightmare. They are unhelpful, same automated reply time after time. If I didn't need it I'd drop them like a brick

        Great Deterrent for theft as very difficult to remove the sticker so they will steal another bike also have it prominently displayed on my trailer
