        This is a complaint about your staff that came to measure our kitchen. We found him rude and unpleasant. I consider him a racist too. He seems to direct us to the cheap kitchen. I can only assume he thinks black people have no money. When he visited use he was obnoxious in the way he spoke and his poor manner and attitude. I am disgusted such a man is employed by Howdens. He made us feel he is doing us a favour. He may have forgotten there are many companies that supply kitchen. Not impressed. Not all black people are on low income or on benefit. This man needs training on different ethnic groups. There are rich and poor people in every country. Even the continent of Africa have extremely rich people. Howdens need to employ staff that live in 2022 Not once that come from the stone age. I am not happy at all.
