    Their admin is non-existent. I have to ask for monthly statements every month, the amounts are different to what they pay us and they refuse to give me an explanation why. They send me statements due to other customers. Won't use them again.

    Absolutely rubbish, such a poor service Im still waiting to get my token number after 3 hours which is completely unacceptable, if I could rate them with 0 I would do it.

    Absolutely horrendous service. I tried topping up my meter through bank transfer, followed the steps and at the end it told me transaction failed, only to see after 3 attempts that it had deducted my account every time. No code was issued. Now 1 week after am still chasing and they issued the codes to a different meter. I have no electricity and am told to wait for the agent who is on a night shift so they can look back at the recording to see who gave the wrong meter number on the call. In the meantime, I am short of 60 and have no electricity.

    This is ridiculous, the meter Ive had for a while now and it keeps eating the money. Theres been times where Ive topped 7 and its gone in two nights. Theres been times where Ive put on 50 and worried whether thatll last a fortnight. Im sure Im being ripped off and over charged.The help desk is useless. I want the meter gone so will be contacting the agent I rent with and asking for a meter with a tariff and not a pay as you go one. Dont ever get a place with one of these meters. The fees are also extortionate. This meter drains your money away.for little use, I hardly use much electric as I work full time and dont do enough to justify the amount that is being drained.
