        This company is unable to make deliveries. They got from me the same instruction for delivery as every other. company received. There has never been a problem. This company gave me a time window for delivery (twice), but did not come to deliver. I tried to call them, but nobody to talk to. Only machine directives. The machine asked for additional details (by email!), but did not say which details. I tried to call their phone number in Egham, but got the answer: wrong number ( tried three times). Called their headquarter in Slough: closed.

        I would much rather trust pigeons than DX Deliery! I was waiting for my passport and wanted to travel on the same day due to family emergency. The driver said he had been here and could not find the address. it is just bu****it. I called the headoffice and the driver was here within 30 minutes. Please avoid unless you guys have no other option.

        Parcel arrived today, delivery driver just chucked it on the floor, whilst sitting on his phone ignoring me. Even though the box is covered in fragile tape!
