        The keyboard on my laptop stopped working. I took it to a repair shop on the high street, where I was told that if it was the keyboard, there was nothing they could do. A friend gave me Phil's number, who said keyboards a cheap and easy to replace, that cheered me up.When I collected it, Phil had made a couple of minor repairs, which he didn't charge me for.
