Been with this insurance for 3 years and have been pleased with how they handle and respond to claims. Helpful whenever I have contacted them by telephone too.

Absolutely shocking and a potential scam!! This company set up a trailer policy for me. Two months later they wrote to me saying it had been cancelled for non payment. No warning, no comms about problems. I called, they reinstated my policy and corrected my details (so I was told). A month on and the same problem again. My bank told me they had not received a Direct Debit. I called again and spoke to a polite but clueless individual and asked for a manager to call me back. Someone did. They knew all about my policy and I decided to pay it on my card for the whole year. The payment was never taken from my bank. But on the same day 3 transactions were taken to pay an Online Casino!! My bank cancelled and refunded. I immediately emailed Insurance Emporium, not just about the terrible service but about the fraudulent payments. I expected them to be very concerned. They simply haven't replied. My account still says payment monthly and does not show my payment. Absolutely disgraceful.

After numerous calls relating to a settlement payment, i spoke to a senior claim assessor who couldn't have been more helpful. All followup calls were received as promised until payment was made. Thankyou
