    A brilliant trainer who actually gets that I am 50+ and understands my aches and pains...motivational training with a genuine guy. John has a holistic attitude to training and the body, what we do and what we put in it and he certainly knows his craft. Highly recommend! Thanks John.

    Since training with John I have lost two and a half stone which has resulted in me dropping four dress sizes. I also won the local Ironwoman competition, something I could not of achieved without Johns help. He helped me achieve this with a structured and challenging training program specially designed for me which he changes every six weeks to maintain its effectiveness. John certainly puts me through my paces and keeps me motivated and focused. The sessions are fun, enjoyable and certainly rewarding. Having such a motivated and enthusiastic personal trainer like John has been fantastic, he has extensive knowledge of many training methods and many years experience in the training industry. He also has a sound knowledge of the body and how it works. John has taught me the importance of a healthy balanced diet and the correct use of supplementation which has helped me build a stronger, fitter and healthier body. He has his own fully equipped studio gym that provides a perfect atmosphere for personal training sessions. It has all of the conventional free weights, a weight bench, a cable machine, a squat rack with an Olympic bar, power bags, kettlebells, battling ropes, a bosu, slosh ball, and cardio machines. Personal training sessions are always varied. Johns knowledge and enthusiasm along with the commitment and professionalism he shows to his clients has provided me with the perfect foundation for success. I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer.
