Just received an order of cheese placed a week ago, no notification of shipping, opened the box to find half the items I ordered substituted without any attempt to contact me, nor any kind of note placed with the order, to make matters worse the cheese that i was planning to give some of to a relative with problems with their hands was replaced with cheese in a waxed truckle which they will struggle to open. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! will NOT be using you again.

Ive bought this cheese in person before at Kingston market and highly rate the cheese. However this year the deals were better online, so naturally ordered a large order 10 days before Xmas, thinking it'll be don't easily and quickly... Wrong... The first order was delayed by 5 days initially with little communication. I enquired about it and a replacement was sent. Excellent, still a few days to go, no worries. Then all communication went dark no parcel no replies to my calls or emails. Chased up with the courier, the issues lay with them, but the total lack of communication with APC was dreadful and still no reply 11 days on from Lymn bank farm cheese company. Still no cheese. I highly recommend not using this company for online purchases, they cannot deal with business online it seems.

Recently tried the heart of Lincolnshire cheese and the cheddar with caramelized onion . The heart of Lincolnshire is a really tasty strong cheese that I loved and the caramelised onion one was delicious also it is a very soft consistently I will definitely be buying more unfortunately I haven't been able to try the black peppercorn one we bought for someone as there was only one there so I will have to wait till there is more in stock (purchased from the tastee farm shop)
