Absolutely fabulous. We had spent months looking for the perfect car when we found one here! The chaps are so kind, patient and professional. We were able to leave a deposit and then when we needed to move the collection date they were happy to reschedule. At pick up the car had been valeted to an amazing standard! It looked like new! They even had the wheels refurbished for me at no extra cost! Happy to assist with changing over my private plate, nothing was too much trouble. Stress free car buying, no pressure sales, helpful and kind. Cannot recommend them more!

My general expectation of car dealers is very low but John and his team have given me back the view that there is the exception to that thinking. They go the extra mile and deliver the goods. Im one happy bunny and will recommend them without hesitation Cheers John and Adam for a great service

Excellent customer service. Buying cars is not on my favourites list but this was not only painless but enjoyable. John is friendly and laid back with no heavy sales pitch. Very fair price for part ex, every effort spent to make this to go smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

This is the first review Ive left, its not something i generally do (for good or bad service) however having dealt with many car dealers over the years I felt I had too. I recently brought an Audi RS5 as a weekend toy from UK Trade Cars, the no hassle no fuss approach from John was brilliant. I arrived at the showroom was handed the keys and left to my own devices, when I was ready I requested a test drive, again no issue, on went the trade plates and off I went. The car was as described on the website with no issues regarding condition or history etc. Following the test drive John and I discussed price - again no fuss just a straightforward negotiation. Unfortunately (through no fault of John or the garage) the car developed a transmission fault whilst I was 120 miles from home. After arranging recovery via the warranty company I contacted UK Trade Cars expecting a less interested response. To my surprise not only was John concerned for my welfare (stuck on the A14 on the hottest day of the year for over 10 hours), he was immediately trying to arrange recovery from my home to get the car repaired. UK Trade cars took care of everything as well as delivery and collection of my car. John kept me updated with texts,emails and photos throughout the repair time which was much appreciated. This truly is a great, honest garage with a good selection of cars. I would 100% recommend! Once again John, thanks for your help before, during and especially after my purchase - Top Man!!
