        First problem what was meant to be a 14 day treatment turned into a 12 day treatment . I turned up on time to find the place still closed. It was cold outside and the heating wasn't on. A member of staff went round turning off heating without asking if the customer was ok with it. The treatment wasn't individualized in yoga sessions and I had to complain. The food i was given caused discomfort one of the male staff walked into to the massage room without knocking.
