        Our grandson aged 6 joined last year and attends 3 times a week. He loves going and is doing great (orange belt). The instructors are all great and always available to speak to. My grandson has attended other activities that are on offer throughout the year. Sleep over party, camping trips he even had he's birthday party at the club. I would highly recommend joining, its good for confidence building, discipline, focus, strength. Our grandson is doing better at school and is now choosing to eat healthy. Its also a good way to make new friends for kids and adults.
