A month ago I bought the olive oil seoro de la mesa 5l for 30 , today is 55 Vega Mancha Semi Cured Manchego Cheese Piece 150g, bought for 3.43 , today is 6.25 Catala Bomba Rice 1kg- Bought it for 4.38 and today is 9,95 In less then a month you increased the prices to 50% almost ! Nos estn tomando el pelo !

I ordered from Basco for the first time as I had been to a Spanish restaurant which had some of the most delicious olive oil i had ever tasted. Having asked the restaurant staff what olive oil they used I came online and found that I could only get it from Basco. I was extremely please with the service and the way my order was packaged. I will most definitely be back. After I finish my 5 litres of yummy olive oil Thanks once again for a lovely shopping experience. Siana x

Ordered a cochinillo for Christmas with a specified delivery date of 21st December. The pig was dispatched on the 18th, and never arrived. While DPD undoubtedly played a part in this, a frozen and perishable item should not be dispatched 3 days before the specified delivery date. After contacting Basco, I got a response 1 day later confirming that the pig had been destroyed and offering a refund - with little in the way of an apology. I now have 48 hours to find an alternative. Thanks for the cold shoulder Basco, next time please make it a cold shoulder of Pork!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Basco. After an initial (very minor) delay in shipping, through no fault of Basco, Miles was straight on the case and made sure I received my order as quickly as possible. When my case of 6 bottles of Jose Pariente Verdejo arrived soon after it was incredibly well packaged with bubble wrap around every bottle inside the box. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering again.
