We used NWF to sand and lacquer a fairly large, solid oak floor area in our house. They arrived on-time on the Wednesday morning, moved all furniture as needed and completed the work Friday afternoon as promised with no fuss. They then turned up first thing on Saturday to move all of the furniture back and install new felt pads on all the feet to prevent damage to the new floor. They sanded the floor using quite sophisticated equipment (different machines for the main floor area, corners and edges) with built-in vacuums to ensure there was very little dust. They then applied primer and three coats of lacquer and the floor now looks as good as new. Would definitely recommend. Services: Restoration, Oak wood, Sanding
