        Company are slow to communicate without a financial incentive. Dated, overpriced residential alarms. Moved from maintained to non maintained alarm due to 20% YOY servicing price increase. Essential refused to give me codes to access my alarm. No response to emails without continually chasing. Better alarm systems out there. Would avoid unless you have deep pockets.

        We had them for home and business. The business was presented with a bill for no apparent reason. They have now stopped our alarms working even though they are ours and will not give us the code to restart them. They will not talk to us either even though we knew the owner when he was a trainee engineer and have been with them for years Very unprofessional
