Just purchased my first car from these guys at Ferraghini, An AMG C63s Edition 1 And i can honestly say its been a pleasure to deal with them. Very friendly understanding and attention to detail is brilliant.. Matthew Hakim has been fantastic with the sale of the car to me, sending videos of the cars Journey to me. Very happy indeed .. Matthew and his team did a terrific job with their performance PPF package and ceramic coating for my Aston V8V. Well impressed by his attention to detail and in keeping me informed by sending videos of the job's progress. He ensured I was fully aware of what to expect and completed a final inspection after two weeks of fitting, to make sure all was good. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to really protect the paintwork on their pride and joy to get the car PPF'd by Matt. Great job guys!

Ferraghini did a Front-End PPF job on my Porsche Taycan Turbo S, as well as a ceramic paint coating and a leather protection coating. They were great from the get go. As soon as I emailed for a quote on the job, I got a timely reply from Matthew with extremely competitive prices, especially for the high quality service they provided. Any and all the questions I had regarding the PPF brand, the time taken, etc were always informatively answered so I had the most comprehensive idea of the job. Even down to advice about what kind of coating would be best for our situation. Once we decided the job list for the car, they immediately gave us their availability and were thankfully able to squeeze us in (seeing as we booked very close to the time) which was great. After paying the deposit, Matthew requested my phone number for ease of communication during the job. He made sure that we had the correct address as it was an area we werent familiar with which was really helpful. When we dropped the car off at their unit, he invited me and my father into his immaculate workshop for a chat about what and how they do things, so we could see how they worked, again, putting us at ease with their transparency which made us feel really safe leaving our car with them. They also offered us coffee or tea while we waited for our lift home which was another nice touch. Whenever we asked about other cars they had done, displayed in their workshop, on their website, etc. Matthew would always tell us about the jobs he was doing and had done in the past. During the remarkably short 3-day period we left the car with them. Matthew would send videos of the progress of the car, showing their PPF fitters at work and a video of the full car when the PPF was complete. We also opted to tint the headlights and once they had applied the tint to one of the headlights, due to the odd shape of the light and the highly unusual and difficult bodywork that engulfed the headlight unit, it meant they couldnt cut and finish the tint all the way round the light meaning the tint would likely lift. Due to this, Matthew sent us a video explaining it and how it was not up the standard they would charge for, so he offered to take the tints off and refund us for that part of the job which I thought was very good as it was very possible for them to have left the tints on, not informed us and made us pay the same price. When the day to collect the car came, I asked Matthew to confirm when the car would be ready so we could be as efficient as possible so the car wasnt just sitting there, wasting space. When we arrived, we received the same great service we got when we first dropped the car off. They were so friendly that when we spotted a nice Rolls Royce outside their workshop, he explained it was his personal car and showed us around it and the work he had done to it. Overall, Ferraghini were absolutely brilliant and far exceeded my expectations with their service not too mention their exceptional job with the PPF on the car itself. They use very high end products for the better of the condition of the car and offered a warranty in case there are any issues with the PPF which gave me extra piece of mind. I would definitely go back to them for any other jobs for my cars and would highly recommend going to them for all your customisation needs as they are great at advising you for your jobs.
