    Ed is an amazing personal trainer - i feel like we have been on quite a journey together from starting 5 months after having a baby with 6 months to be in shape for my wedding. I am so happy with the results and would definitely not have got to where i am without Ed. He is super fun and very supportive, I always look forward to my sessions. He always arrives on time and with a smile and is happy to listen to my life moans whilst working out! I really cant thank Ed enough for all his help and support and cant wait to walk down the aisle with confidence and pride in my body!

Ed's sessions are both enjoyable and challenging, always leaving me with a sense of personal fulfilment. The equipment used is second to none, and furthermore he has been immensely useful in helping me choose my own equipment at home. Whether it's a text to help you on a specific stretch, nothing is too much hassle for Ed, who goes above and beyond to make his clients feel good!

    Eds the best! Ive been training with Ed for over the last 7 months and have seen a remarkable improvement in bot strength and overall fitness. Workouts with Ed are always super fun - always incorporating new activities such as boxing, circuits and strength training, each workout is different every week. He is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of form and always tailors each workout to target my goals such as improving glute and upper body strength. Hes always patient in teaching new things and a great laugh to boot.
