    Annabel totally changed my approach and mindset to fitness; her sessions are varied, fun, effective and her amazing encouragement helped me get the results I wanted!! If you want someone who listens to your needs, adapts sessions to suit you and provides a fun and motivating fitness plan then Annabel is your woman! I would highly recommend!! Xx

    I wasnt sure what to expect as have never really done PT before, but Annabel created really interesting and challenging sessions that balanced strength and cardio to help me target the right muscles. Over the 10 sessions, I gained so much strength but also learnt so much and now feel a lot more confident to go into the gym and lift weights by myself. Annabel is very encouraging and easy to work with and I couldnt recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a PT. I will definitely be back!
