        We booked this service for an end of tenancy cleaning (200 cash in hand), the cleaning was subpar- leaving dust around most places, splashing blue cleaning products around the bathroom, and leaving their own muddy footprints in the hall. Im not usually one to complain but when I contacted to get some sort of compensation/reclean we were told theyre coming in 15 minutes or not at all. I was repeatedly called by customer service to relay this message after I told them no one would be there to let them in (work), they went anyway and were sent home with no effort to rearrange the clean. I have accepted the necessity to clean everything again, Im just so frustrated at the lack of professionalism and compensation! I wouldnt recommend this service.
