Slowest service ever. Just serve their mates or stand out back chatting. Overpriced and worst parking ever

So lazy and incompetent staff. Served 2x customers in front of me for about half an hour while customers was purchasing few small simple items. They don't know any products ranges they selling, and not really helpful with customers. When customer asked for simple item he goes each time for 5 minutes to find the item and 3-4 times bringing wrong item. There is 10 persons of staff but only one serving customers. When guy at the till asked other in office to come and help him serve customers(5x customers was waiting in the queue) - noone came whiley 3 guys was sklmoking outside and other had their conversion and wasn't really busy. Horrible place!!!

What a rip off. I bought a zano dimmer from there the other day on my card. The guy tried charging me 44 so I said that wasnt the right price. He agreed to sell it at 39 I said it was still far to expensive, I was in a rush so reluctantly bought it. I found it on their website for 20. This happens all the time with cef. Try Screwfix or Toolstation, I managed to get a v pro dimmer for 13 yesterday.

The guy who served me was very helpful.he showed me what was in stock and I was happy with the price.

Nice enough blokes in store, and parking is pretty bad but it's their driver that needs to go.
