Balham Dry Cleaning & Garment Care DROPLET

DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company absolutely ruined my wedding dress (after charging me a huge amount to clean it). When I first went to pick the dress up, I found that they had somehow completely twisted the front and shoulders of the dress, rendering it unwearable. I gave them several attempts to fix it, but they never managed to. They have also created a large yellow stain and watermark on the dress which were not there before. When I said I wanted a full refund and compensation, the member of staff in the shop said he was "not authorised" to provide this. Absolutely shocking service and company. I will be pursuing this further and advise everyone else to STEER CLEAR of this dry cleaner. Service: Wedding gown cleaning

Very happy with the service Brought one jumper to be sewed on both sides and curtains to be shorten Very reasonable priced and fast service for it as well Will go back again!

Droplet Balham - unfortunately they are often closed when they say they are open, e.g. went there today at 815, not open. Been there a number of times in the day and sign saying back in 15 mins. This is awkward when you are trying to drop off your dry cleaning on the way to work, I don't think people on the train or at my office would appreciate me taking my dirty laundry in a plastic bag with me to work. Clearly understaffed, e.g. no one to cover when the employee needs to take lunch. For the extravagant prices you would expect more. Have permanently gone elsewhere now.
