Worse bulding company I have ever came across with. Huge delays - the major repairs to our building was supposed to be finished by December 2019. By the time of the lockdown on 01/04/20 the sacfolding was still up and the work to the bulduing well far from being finished. No coordination between different departments - i.e the work planned for the boiler outside pipe had to be postponed because the electricians were still not working. There is no respect orconsideration for the properties they are woking on, extremely messy and unproffessional. The finnish of the outside wall it's an eyesore. I don not understand what criterion was considered by the people who contracted this comapny for the work, I am certainly advise everyone who wants to listen not to request their services.

Worst builders ever and poor quality of building especially electrical wiring across a huge apartment building and very bad plumbing quality. Never should buy a property built by Durkan. We bought one in 2010 and have been a constant work, timeless effort being wasted to repair and spend lots and lots of money. Not worth it.
