        Wow, what a lovely place, stopped for cake & cuppa in the very nice garden, then went into the gift shop & what a lovely shop it was! Then before we left we had an ice cream. All the staff were very helpful & polite. We will be back on our next visit to Yorkshire.

        Friendly staff, comfy setting and menu with a bit of choice. Let down a bit by quality of mains and general cleanliness (e.g. glasses and cutlery).

        Supreme consumer service We called in for Breakfast (That too superb ) Following which my Wife impulsively purchased a reasonably priced Leather Bag Parts of stitching failed after 5 months Claire and her staff were exemplary The matter was dealt with immediatelyOffered full refund or replacement Wife opted for replacement which arrived next day special delivery First Class Management . Larger Stores take note

        Very special cafe tea room had the most delicious apple and raspberry pie yesterday morning my first time here very good value for teas and one apple raspberry pie another one was crumble very nice intentive friendly welcoming staff great little cafe and gift shop. Great people great cafe very very welcoming. Definitely recommend and really enjoyed the teas. Good clean cafe all around quick service
