I was having issues with the transfer box on my 2012 Defender Puma, originally I had planned to do the work myself but after inquiring with Simmonites the labour cost came back at a very reasonable price, I appreciate how much work is involved with this job after undertaking two clutch changes, so what they were asking for was very fair in my eyes. Julie was very accommodating and responsive to my emails throughout, I wasn't the easiest customer due to being out of the country for work at the time, so I want to give her a shout out. After collecting the vehicle I noticed they had gone the extra mile, little things such as setting my hand break lever correctly (something I had fudged after installing a new one). The vehicle is now running smoothly and I will defiantly be using them again for future work. I highly recommend Simmonites for parts, advice, and anything else Land Rover. Service: Auto maintenance

I ordered a bumper for my landrover. Got a phone call requesting more money as they hadn't updated the price or offered a refund. Refund hasn't arrived despite them saying it has. Also a bit confused as to why the refund is coming thru paypal when i paid with card. WOUKD NOT RECOMMEND

Thanks for knowledge regarding the items I ordered , have purchased twice from two different parts business' and have been refunded twice , as although listed products not really available 300+ times 3 is nothing to be sniffed at ..thank you Simmonites for Really having the items in stock . They look 10/10
