I very generous one star. The staff in day car are abysmal. Within 6 weeks my son came home with THREE accidents.. All marks to his face and one being a black eye lasting 10 days. The children are simply not supervised to ensure their safety. The toys are unclean and unsafe.. As is their play areas. I would strongly suggest to avoid this place. When told that I would be taking my son out due to negligence causing injuries to my child their manager Diane I believe her name to be told us that she would prefer that we were to seek alternative childcare and was unprofessional. I have reported to the proper authoritiea my complaint and concerns for 9ther children within their care. The manager kept saying that kids have accidents and made no reassurance that they would take extra care to ensure my sons safety. The staff were rude when I asked about refrigerator for my sons lunch. All in all I'm absolutely disgusted with their care and attitude. When leaving and taking my son the manager ushered my son out of the door and closed it in my face. Discipicable nursery. Avoid at all cost
