What a joke my partner who is recovering from cancer suffers with anxiety and depression who can barely walk has just recieved a written warning saying he was being abusive to the staff...all he wanted was his medication and they were not helping him at all so he got frustrated and went up there to see if he could sort it what any normal person would do.... absolute joke...

They dont pick the phone up!!!!!!!! my partner is on a controlled drug and ran out wed morning rang the surgery and they where closed for training supposedly so he then rang 111 to see if they could sort it they did but not till 6pm in the evening disgusting I had to sit here helpless while he went out of his head with anxiety and panic attacks.

Two good doctors in the whole practice some don't listen to you always looking at the computer it is just not on don't know why I stick with the practice sometimes but I have been with them since the day I was born.
