Chocolates are really good, my children made their own lollipops. If your staying on the Sacrewell campsite would recommend doing the Bingo in the evening, so much fun and even if you don't win you can eat the chocolate bingo board!

Had a wonderful experience today at Stamford Heavenly Chocolate at Sacrewell Farm. The staff were so helpful and friendly and kids absolutely loved picking their sweets to make their chocolate bars. Would highly recommend.

Several of us attended the valentines day truffle workshop. We were greeted with prosecco and a heart shaped chocolate. Tea and coffee were available throughout the evening. Kelly was wonderful we had fun from start to finish laughing most of the evening, well all the evening really even when we were trying to concentrate. The task of truffle making is surprisingly complex and interesting from the 15 shells provided, we could fill them with a variety of freeze dried fruit to popping candy and choc brownie, ginger and candied orange peel. The shells then need filling with either white, milk or dark chocolate. Once set you seal the hole and dip them in chocolate. Now comes the artistic part you can then roll them in candied nuts, coconut and vernaccelli. Or use a piping bag of liquid chocolate to make a pattern. As it was valentines day we placed the chocs in heart shaped boxes and the extra ones popped in a bag all tied with pretty ribbons. What a wonderful experience and excellent value event.
