Stunning property, very highly appointed, equipped with everything you could possibly need. A very happy house in a super location in the lovely village of Thornham, the owners have created a a real gem and we cant wait to go back!! Highly recommended! The Danielson Family

Beautiful house with everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday the owners have really put a lot of thought and care into ensuring a comfortable stay! Great location within a few minutes drive of several lovely beaches - Thornham, Brancaster, Titchwell and Hunstanton, so we managed to do a lot of exploring around the North Norfolk Coast. Cant wait to go back!

What an amazing place this is; comfortable, modern, tasteful & incredibly clean. The cottage is well-equipped, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.The outside space has been recently landscaped and is lovely & great for kids . There is parking for 2 cars at the front of the cottage, & more if needed on the street. We had a wonderful week at Dunes Reach, which is appropriately named; It is a lovely walk, past The Lifeboat pub, which is conveniently half-way!! to the dunes & beach at Thornham. Also within walking distance is the RSPB Station at Titchwelland even if youre not into bird watching, its difficult to not get excited about seeing a great variety of uncommon birds. We will be returning to Dunes Reach many times. I thoroughly recommend it as a fantastic base to explore the North Norfolk Coast.
