I just wanted to say huge thank you to Rachel for helping me with my income protection cover. We sat down, we have a chat, Rachel asked the right questions, took time to understand what I need and what I want, and based on that, not long after Ive received some great options that I can choose from. I was pretty happy with my initial options, however I did have some further questions, to which Rachel did an amazing job in taking the time to explain everything and liaise with the insurance provider to find the right answers.
