Never going back. They saw the parcel I wanted to send, and they saw the label I sent them via email. Knowing full well what the parcel looked like, and knowing full well what type of label it was, they waited until after it was printed to tell me that it happened to be the wrong type of label. The reason it was the wrong label is that it appears to be a glitch on eBays side (eBay created the label digitally). The Post Office still wanted money for the label that they printed. I refused, left the label with them, walked out and told them to get stuffed. Im going to the Thorne one instead.

Wow what a miserable experience and all I did was go for a parcel feel like I've had the life sucked out of me. The owner clearly needs to learn customer service an slap a smile on even if its fake she is so gormless. Avoid at all costs!
