Highly recommend! The staff here are amazing and helped me transition to varifocal lenses for the first time. The location is really easy to find with free parking nearby and as soon as I stepped inside the friendly and warm atmosphere was excellent. Emma tested my eyes and was really friendly and took her time to get my prescription right. Carolyn helped me choose my frames and provided the honesty I wanted in how they look. I had to go back to get them adjusted and nothing was too much for them, very patient and genuinely want the best. Great team and a great place all round.

Very impressed with the very thorough tests and service my daughter received at her appointment and how quickly she was referred to the hospital and got a diagnosis and medication needed as the optition did a fantastic job Thank you so much Mrs J Clarke xx

Reviewing after the appalling service my mum received recently. She had her eyes tested, the glasses were back within a week and she collected a couple of days later. She brought them home and found she couldnt see through one pair, and then found another customers receipt with full name and address inside her box. She complained and returned them, they tested her eyes again. This time it took over two weeks for them to come back and they only miraculously did when she asked for a refund. Eventually, after 3 days of calls she got her 400 back. Terrible - avoid!! I only gave one star as theres no option for no stars!!

Absolutely first class service. I needed an urgent eye test. Within 1 1/2 hours of first contacting them, eye test and all forms completed. Thank you.
