In queue position 1 for 10+mins then I hear the phone get picked up and fumbled then hung up. Brilliant service, you people are a joke. We ring up for help and we get hung up on because youre all too busy chatting with your mates and stuffing your faces with cake and tea in the back room hiding from the people waiting at reception. Absolutely pathetic.

My son drove to Thorne to discuss my Medical Issues & we were treated with respect and answers by all & Doctor brilliant.

Just an update 19.10.22. My dad has been with this surgery for almost a year and i have to say again the staff here are very accommodating. When I call for prescriptions they are dealt with straight away. Any problems are dealt.with in good time. Staff very Helpful. Cant speak about other comments but they have been very good with my dads care. Thank you to all staff. Dad joined this surgery as a temporary patient after an op when he decided to stay with us. Most surgeries in Thorne would not accept temporary patients. The staff I interacted with at this surgery so far have been very helpful and polite. My dad was registered and the day after he received a visit from District nurse. Thats efficient. We are now considering joining this surgery ourselves. Thank you to all.the staff especially little Chrissy on reception who was marvellous the first time we called in. Nothing was too much trouble for her. 10 out of 10.
