Always managed to get an appointment with no problem. Slight lack of permanent doctors let's it down a little.

Thorne Moor Medical Practice is an amazing surgery. The GP s are always friendly and always signpost you for further tests and investigations when required. Never come across a rude Doctor or receptionist; they are all so professional and friendly all the time. I have never failed to get an appointment when needed. I love the online system, I use it all the time to book appointments, check my test results and order my monthly medications. 5* service all the way with my GP service Jill Antley

0 rating. Had to give it 1 start before I could post this!! Been trying to call the surgery to make an appointment for my elderly parents repeatedly since 8am for the last 40mins....no answer or anything. Is there a better surgery in Thorne? This can't be the only one? Or has this been shut down by the NHS already?

Never had an issue with the surgery..staff are always polite..the fact that I can book appointment online is an excellent idea and even when I needed a same day appointment it's always available..

I've tried phone this doctors for 5 days no answer every time I even sat there for a good hour calling call after call no answer than they even decided to take the phone off the hook. This a disgusting to know that the staff have no intention of answering I have a life threatening issue and today I've been under so much stress and even more trying to get an appointment I finally got through and after 5 days of waiting and not getting a answer they pick up. So I asked for an appointment she said you can get one in 5minutes time I live 3 miles away from the Doctors with no transport I'm in a critical way and the this is distressing me more. Some one needs to sack who ever works on the phones absolutely disgusting.
