Terrible! As a business owner this company have cost us thousands in failed collections, late deliveries, etc. Extremely difficult to get hold of on the phone and don't respond to emails.

So after missing the delivery by a few minutes I online booked to collect my parcel. Website says I have 5 days but can't collect until next day. So I go 1 day later to be told the parcel has been returned as 'they' requested that. 'They' being the sender who surely wants the sale so why would 'they'. On checking with the sender who looked into the why, it was the DELIVERY PERSON who put down to return it despite sending me a link to advise differently. So now I'm still awaiting my parcel to be rescheduled thanks to the sender, with no help from APC. Poor service to say the least. And lots of time wasted by all who had to be involved.

I'd give zero if I could. Delivery was meant to be Thursday morning, I watched tracking and it kept getting later and later, was then 7 stops away and driver went back to depot then on the Friday it got 2 stops away and driver went back to depot (at 3pm so wasn't late). I'm going to the depot myself today as I need the item for work and can't afford not to work
