These are just as bad as the Liverpool dealership!!complained left msgs emails heard nothing back!!!bought my car 22nd march problems from 1st day used it 3 times its been in a Ford garage past 2 weeks as these cowboys had there money and arnt bothered!!VILE COMPANY!!!

Four weeks ago in mid feb I bought a new cupra formenta from there Peterborough branch, initially I gave the store a glowing review, in the last four weeks since, I have been treated abysmally by this company, within a week I was informed I owed Volkswagen 7000? My equifax credit file was marked with 5 missed payments even though the first payment wasnt due till the end of March. Repayment was supposed to be 360pm, was sold a service plan to make payments up to 390pm. I then find Im being charged again for another service plan. I deeply regret in hindsight purchasing from this company

Customer service at my local Stoneacre was absolutely appalling. They were supposed to keep me updated regarding the ending of my lease contract and the beginning of a new contract. They did not contact me to inform me of further delays in the delivery of my new vehicle which led to me getting a threatening letter from their associate finance company of repossession of the vehicle. I have made a written complaint to Stoneacre customer care department on two occasions and have have not even bothered to acknowledge either of them. If you have occasion to make negative comments about them, they will respond by telling you to contact their customer service teamdont bother, they dont respond.
