Excellent service from Vanilla Financial Solutions when we were looking for a mortgage when moving house. Due to our house sale/purchase taking some time with several false starts, we contacted Katrina with our plans (different house prices, the possibility of let-to-buy, etc) and each time Katrina was so helpful and thorough. She explained the options and knew exactly what the processes were and explained mortgage affordability, etc. She knew lots about what we would need to do a let-to-buy mortgage (even though we didn't do that option in the end). Always replied to emails, the whole process went very smoothly. Would highly recommend Vanilla Financial Solutions to anyone looking for a mortgage or re-mortgaging.

Vanilla financial solutions have looked after my mortgage needs ever since I bought my first house. For someone that doesnt understand mortgages at all they took the time to go through everything in a way that I understand, taking away a major part of the hassle involved with buying houses and moving. They also made sure I had in place relavant life insurance required for my mortgage and sorted out income protection for me aswell. 1st class, friendly and professional company. Highly recommend.
