DO NOT SHOP HERE, I am a casting director and paid a visit to Crystal Classics Warehouse today after joining online in order to purchase some crystals for a film set. Upon arriving the woman who worked there said i should have booked in advance, i apologised that i hadn't had time but she agreed it was probably okay that i go in and "spend my money" after i had driven for 2 hours. She said i would need to wear a mask (she wasn't wearing one). When I showed her my laminate and explained that I was exempt she said she would need to get her boss. The "boss" arrived (without a mask) and said he was sick of people arriving without appointments and did not care if I was exempt or what my reasons were he wasn't having "covid" in his building. This man showed extreme discrimination & as you can see in his response below then decided that because I was exempt I must be many other things. The energy of this man & Crystals do not blend, for anyone that knows about Crystals you would know that it's probably better to purchase somewhere with a higher vibration. On the upside I then went to "Fossils" in Avonmouth which was about 20 minutes away, the owner and staff there were so delightful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The Crystals were incredible and i spent 1,000.00.

very friendly staff and very helpful. It was my first time there and I found that they had really lovely crystals and a really nice variety. Will definitely be going back. F

We were nearly put off by another Google review, but we thought we'd try it for ourselves and make our own judgement - so glad we did - we had made an appointment prior to turning up and when we arrived we were greeted at the door. We were more than happy to wear masks and on entering we were shown where everything we were looking for was located and they were more than happy to answer questions and showed great interest in our new start up business - nothing was an issue and the whole experience was enjoyable - we can't wait to go back! I have been using Crystal Classics for 10 years as one of my main suppliers and they are always a joy to visit, everyone there is very lovely, warm and helpful...and there is an endless supply of hot tea which is always appreciated. The crystals are great and I'm often complimented on the good vibes of my crystals which must in part start with these guys. Highly recommended.
