Aug 2017 - Used to be one of my go to stores. Now they are abysmal, and I wouldn't recommend them to a dead fly. They take your money, and you get nothing. They won't answer the phone, email or sign for recorded letters. Having to take then to small claims to get my money back.

Despite having good dealings with this company in the past and being happy with previous orders, my latest order has been extremely poorly handled. I placed my order on the 25th of September on 3-5 day postage. After 7 days with no word I attempted to contact the company. None of my emails or calls over the following 12 days were responded to, apart from 1 generic email with the wrong order number, explaining that they were moving warehouses, and to expect a delay. My order eventually arrived 17 days after it was placed, but with 1 item missing, 1 item filthy and unfit for purpose, and 1 item completely wrong. Any attempts to contact the company since then have also gone unanswered. Despite the move, I feel that the company could have dealt with these issues better, as they clearly have problems with logistics and customer service.
