        I had a wonderful experience at Bodyaid Sports Therapy today. Ella was knowledgeable, attentive, warm and friendly and above all, the treatment was professional and effective. Very reasonably priced, super easy to book, rapid communication and a great experience.

        Top notch advice and sports massage. My rotator cuff shoulder injury has been negated as a result of the excellent help from Ella. The exercises she gave me were tailored to my choice of workout making them quick and easy to maintain. Highly recommend Ella for her excellent knowledge and dedication to her craft!
